Rolf Harris died at his home in Berkshire.
Disgraced entertainer and convicted sex offender Rolf Harris has died at the age of 93.
Harris was convicted of multiple indecent assaults in 2014. He only spent three years of his five-year and nine months sentence in prison.
According to The Sun, Harris died at his home. He spent three years in prison after he was found guilty of multiple sexual abuse offenses.
The publisher said medical staff were called to his sin Bray, Berkshire home.
As of October last year, Harris was reportedly receiving round-the-clock care for neck cancer and could no longer talk due to his condition. The criminal also had to be fed through a tube.
The Sun said Harris’ death was confirmed today.
The former kids’ entertainer found fame in the 1960s with the release of his hit song, ‘Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport’ and he became a national treasure, often appearing alongside Jimmy Savile.
He was convicted of indecent assault against four girls in 2014. He was sentenced to five years and nine months imprisonment but was released in 2017.
