A ‘suspect device’ was found in Ranelagh, south Co Dublin this evening.
According to reports, Gardaí and the Army bomb disposal team attended the scene just after 4pm this evening.
Although traffic was diverted at the time causing significant delays, roads have now reopened.
The suspect device was taken to a secure military location for examination.
