Alt-rock phenomenon The Boxer Rebellion have announced that they will play The Academy in Dublin in October.
Described as a band that “can alter your life” by NME, the group made history in 2009 when they became the first unsigned band to ever break the Billboard Top 100 with a digital-only release for sophomore album Union.
The Boxer Rebellion released their much-anticipated fourth studio album Promises in May, which sees them move away from the darker soundscapes that enveloped the band’s previous offerings.
The band will play The Academy on 4 October, with tickets priced at €14 on sale now from www.ticketmaster.ie.
