Leftfield (DJ Set), Jape, The Academic and The Hot Sprockets are among those who will be taking to the stage at this year’s BD Festival.
The line-up for the annual Good Friday extravaganza has been announced and will also see Brian Deady and Hare Squead (who are featured in this week’s Sunday Sessions) perform alongside The Eskies, Smash Hits, Mundy, Discopunks, Southpaw and Ben Sims.
New to BD Festival this year is the Big Blue Bus, who are bringing their very own area ‘Reggae Fever’ to Glendalough. To complete the area, they’ll be dishing up their festival favourite pizza along with reggae yoga, circus performers, with a little touch of funk and soul.
No Good Friday is complete without an act of contrition and Together Disco will be on hand with the Confession Session in the Disco Chapel. With a real live confession box, BD festival goers can dance their heart out as penance for the year’s debaucheries.
