There's a subscription box for all the busy mamas in Ireland and I'll definitely be ordering one for myself when I get home. Irish company, Mama Moments aims to help mums remember to take some time out for themselves with a selection of beautiful treats. Founder Sarah Ryan says that Mama Moment's mission statement is;

"To remind mothers that they 'cannot pour from an empty cup', and that they need to carve out pockets of time from their busy day to refill their cup, because mental and emotional health is just as important as physical health."

The boxes come in two options, a bi-monthly subscription box or box on demand which is shipped upon ordering. Each box contains 5-6 carefully curated items specially chosen to prompt self care which is sourced from small, independent businesses. One thing that really caught my eye was that all the products are full-size products only! I signed up to one beauty box a couple of years ago that often sent out tiny sample size products and it really didn't feel like value for money. The Mama Moments box, on the other hand, sounds fantastic and is something I would be genuinely interested in ordering for myself.
