This is what happens when you cause divilment in customer support live chats…

Ciara Knight

Live chat trolling is the new prank calling.

A great way to distract yourself from our impending mortality is to go onto some online live chat services and cause a bit of divilment.

If nothing else, it gives the person at the other end a break from presumably angry and mean customers. It’s possible that it probably wastes valuable customer complaint time, but there’s a small chance your interaction might make them smile.

Enjoy the fruits of my live chat divilment.

Jackie was a bit slow on the uptake, but we got there in the end. She seemed very nice and I would 10/10 online chat with her again.

I had a bad feeling about this one so I used the pseudonym ‘Mary’. My bad feeling was proven valid because Stephanie was, understandably, having none of my shit

Kuntal was just trying to do his/her job and didn’t expect nor warrant my time wasting activities. He/she seemed like a very nice person and I wish him/her the very best going forward.

This was my personal favourite interaction. Robbie, you are a beautiful man.
