We all know a typical engagement announcement shot when we see it. Smiling faces, looks of adoration and usually one or two close-ups of the couple and the ring.
Not for a couple from Los Angeles who decided to take charge of the cheesey photo opportunity of engagements, and decided to re-enact some rom-com classics to announce their upcoming nuptials.
Posting to his reddit account, Dean said:
“My fiancé and I took our engagement photos in the style of Rom-Com movie poster clichés. Then we said, ‘Why not?’ and made some into actual posters.”
Good luck to their actual wedding photographer. They won’t know what they’ve signed up for.
Bonus points if you can work out the original film title…
