Grace’s Choice: Someone Call 911… This is the WORST Snapchat story ever.

Grace says: I’ll will admit that during my first year at college I partied probably a little harder than necessary and after watching this video I am eternally grateful that the only thing folk back then used their mobile phone for was ringing home to the parents and playing Snake. This group of young freshers in the US had a party that they would never forget thanks to one girl’s decision to document the event on her Snapchat story. The video starts off tame enough however takes a turn for the absolute worst… you will never be able to predict the ending.

Cathy’s Choice: Come on Barbie, Let’s Go Party

Cathy says: I had a slight obsession with Barbie as a child and as an adult, fashion is one of my loves. So finding out Barbie has a new Instagram account dedicated solely to style made me very happy. The Mattel doll is heading to New York, London, Paris and Milan for each of the fashion weeks and I’m sure to be swooning over her account!

Sue’s Choice: A Tribute to the Genius of Genie

Sue says: Yes, we have heard quite a few tributes paid to the wonderful Robin Williams over the last few weeks but the ones from his close friends are particularly touching. Billy Crystal who was friends with Williams for years delivered this wonderful speech at the Emmys. It brought us to tears.

Michelle’s Choice: We’ve Got Chills… They’re Multiplyin’

Michelle says: I love a good ghost story, so Loftus Hall in Wexford might be my next choice for an Irish road trip! One young British tourist visited the haunted mansion this week and came across a very creepy snap when going through his pictures. It gave me shivers, but I’m very curious to head down there and check it out myself!

Liz’ Choice: Keep Calm and Eat Chocolate

Liz says: I have a personal soft spot for Nutella. Anyone who reads my weekly dress diary knows it’s a cupboard staple and I wouldn’t insult my tastebuds by attempting to spread it on bread. A simple spoon will work for me.

But when I heard the news that they’re opening a restaurant in New York… I was excited. Very, very excited. I swear I was already planning on booking a trip to the Big Apple before hearing the best news ever!

Marie’s Choice: Keeping it Classy

Marie says: This may seem like an odd choice for a favourite story but I absolutely loved Caroline Wozniacki’s attitude in this recent interview on her high-profile break-up with Rory McIlroy. Despite being put through a bruising public humiliation, Caroline comes across as a strong, self-confident woman who is more focused on moving forward with her life than throwing digs at her ex. We’re not sure we’d be so charitable… total legend.
