Seriously.
News reporter Josh Massoud, who is based in Australia, has p*issed a lot of people off with a comment referring to Irish people who live in Sydney.
Josh took to Twitter to show how the area of Coogee, which is a popular destination for Irish people in Sydney, had been devastated by storms over the weekend.
Coogee demolished over the weekend and for a pleasant change the Irish aren’t to blame. @ Coogee… https://t.co/c7jUSREZll

Spotted on JOE.ie, Josh shared an Instagram picture of how the area was “demolished” and remarked that for “a pleasant change the Irish aren’t to blame”.
It’s though that Coogee’s Surf club, a local landmark suffered extensive damage after dangerous waves pulled part of the building into the ocean.
Josh. who works for Australian network 7 news Sydney, has annoyed a lot of people with the comment and it’s not hard to see why.
@josh_massoud stay classy!
You condone a tweet like this from your employees @7NewsSydney, do you?

@josh_massoud Shame on you. As an Irish Australian this is offensive and unrelated to the news. If this is a joke you’ve missed the mark.
