If you’ve ever been bullied, you’ll know the pain, hurt and isolation that a victim can suffer at the hands of another person.
Sometimes people get a chance to grow strong and step away from that part of their lives. Other times, the pain is too much.
An incredibly moving campaign from US-based anti-bullying charity Champions Against Bullying, features just 46 seconds that know how to pack a punch.
The video simply has teenagers read messages left on other teen’s social media walls.
The catch?
The messages were left to loved ones after they had taken their own life.
“Be nice. Now.”
