Elsa told us that skipping breakfast usually means that you end up craving foods or drinks that are high in caffeine or sugar later in the day.
She said: "If you go too long without eating, your blood sugar levels can drop further and that can then affect your food choices. Your body will start to crave quick pick-me-ups such as caffeine and high-sugar snacks.
