TinkerBots is a rather interesting new toy-building set that gives kids the chance to construct simple robots from blocks.
Described as “living Legos”, the toys use easy-to-add robotics making it simple for both and children and adults alike.
This in turn creates “an endless number of toy robots simply by snapping together TinkerBots’ patented Power Brain, kinetic modules and passive pieces, and even Lego bricks. No wiring or programming required”.

“It’s a toy that fascinates kids and parents alike, engaging them in play together, and in sharing a learning experience” write its creators.
“And with its Arduino-compatible microcontroller, TinkerBots is also the perfect tool for schools and all the makers out there”.
