Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston’s relationship has had its fair share of the spotlight this summer but it might not be going as smoothly as we had thought.
The pair only got together in June, just a few weeks after Taylor split from Scottish boyfriend Calvin Harris. Just three months on, it seems like they could want different things from the relationship, which is reportedly a massive concern for Taylor.
According to the Daily Mail, Tom asked Taylor to accompany him on the red carpet of the upcoming Emmy Awards, something she has never done with a boyfriend before. She is notoriously private and wants to keep their relationship out of the public eye.
A source said, “Tom wants their relationship to be public, even asking Taylor to go to the Emmys with him, but Taylor wants to keep her private life private.”
“Tom’s need for their relationship to be so public so quickly makes her uncomfortable. She tried to be OK with it in the beginning but fears he is in love with the idea of her and not falling in love with her for the right reasons.”
They added ,”Taylor is an independent young woman and doesn’t feel like she needs a boyfriend to make her complete.”
She is currently in New York, while he is in Australia shooting his latest movie, Thor: Ragnarok.
