“We Was Robbed” Ice Cube Claims That Paul Walker And Vin Diesel Didn’t Deserve Best Duo At The MTV Awards

On Sunday night, April 13th, the MTV movie awards show took place with Best Duo as one of the cateogries. Vin Diesel and his late on-screen partner Paul Walker took the award home. However, Ice Cube wasn't very happy about that. The actor reckoned that he and his buddy from Ride Along, Kevin Hart should have taken home the trophy. The actor told USA Today: "We was robbed. Shame on you MTV." He added: "We had the best chemistry of everybody nominated, for us not to win was crazy. We were the best onscreen duo, period. They should have gave it to him before he passed away." According to Digital Spy, the rapper claimed he and Hart lost only because of "sympathy" over Walker's unexpected passing. However, Ice Cube later took to his twitter account with the below series of tweets to explain the situation.
