As bachelor parties go, one gentleman by the name EJ got a pretty epic one at the weekend.Â
The groom-to-be was partying with pals in Charleston, South Carolina, when a bona fide Hollywood superstar stopped by for a chat.
Writing to Deadspin, a friend of the groom’s said: “Over Memorial Day weekend, 20 of my buddies from Boston College got together in Charleston for our friend EJ’s bachelor party.
“At one point during dinner at a steakhouse, one guy goes to the bathroom downstairs and sees Bill Murray sitting with some people with a fishing vest on.”
The party tried to send drinks to Murray’s table, but he politely refused. Later in the evening, he surprised the group with an impromptu speech, telling EJ it was “too late” for him to put in action.
