Tommy Fury has one child with fellow Love Island star, Molly-Mae Hague
Tommy Fury has opened up about his struggles as a first-time dad.
The boxer admitted that it has been very difficult for him to be away from his daughter Bambi a lot lately.
The reality star said he finds it so hard to leave her behind but doesn’t believe it’s appropriate for her to attend his matches.
He told Tyla:
“Obviously, with the Jake Paul fight, she was born two weeks before, and all that was going on.”
As difficult as it has been for him, Tommy acknowledged that parents do have to make sacrifices, especially with his career.
“It was hard to rip myself away from this training camp but, at the end of the day, sacrifices need to be made,” he admitted.
His comments come after Molly-Mae said sharing a lot about Bambi doesn’t feel natural.
Both of her parents may be influencers, but the ‘Love Island’ star said she doesn’t enjoy filming her daughter and doesn’t feature her on social media as much as she thought she would.
She told her YouTube viewers:
“I definitely don’t put her online as much as I thought I naturally probably would.
“It doesn’t really feel that natural to me. I don’t think ‘I’m going to vlog Bambi now’, it doesn’t really work like that,” Molly-Mae explained.
“I pick up the camera either when she’s in bed or when I have a second pair of hands to help with her,” she said.
Molly-Mae also said she struggles to find the time to film because being a mum is her main responsibility.
