Phew.
Earlier today Tenacious D sent Jack Black fans into a frenzy after ‘confirming’ that the actor had died. They tweeted about his death followed by the hashtag #RIPJackBlack. It followed an earlier hoax this week also claiming that the actor was dead.
Jack’s representative confirmed yesterday that he was alive and a lot of people were calling the tweet a hoax but with the silence on their Twitter account it began to worry people.
But now, they’ve come back on to confirm that it was a hoax/joke and that he is alive and well.
Pretty weird joke if you ask me.
