Caroline Wozniacki was propelled into unwanted media spotlight when newly crowned British Open champion Rory McIlroy announced that the pair were ending their engagement just days after wedding invitations had been sent to guests and one Australian newspaper feels very strongly about the whole thing.
Since the very public split, Woznikacki has remained dignified, hilarious and quite frankly held up much better than we would in her situation.
It appears that we are not the only folk on ‘Team Wozniacki’, the Aussie version of The Metro known as mX featured a photograph of the tennis ace and they weren’t shy of showcasing their disdain for McIlroy in the caption underneath.
