The loss of Tom came as a total shock to fans of 'The Wanted', but the person who suffered an even bigger heartbreak was his widow, Kelsey.

The mum-of-two has been beautifully honest about losing Tom and life without the singer.

Following his untimely passing in March 2022, Kelsey has been sharing updates with her followers.

The mum recently revealed that she has stopped wearing her wedding ring.

Kelsey explained to her followers that it was the right thing for her to do.

She shared on Instagram: "It feels really different... But also feels right for me."

Kelsey explained why she decided to stop wearing her rings and the reason is heartbreaking.

She told her followers that the rings were a painful reminder of everything she lost when Tom passed away.

"It felt really painful every time I looked at them and I have been torturing myself over when will be the right time. I know now there will never be a right or wrong time, but there does have to come a point in my life when I remove them."

Kelsey stressed that removing her rings doesn't take away from the love she will always have for Tom Parker.

She told her followers: "Of course, I’ll always be Tom’s, he’ll always be in my heart and I know I will forever be in his, but right now, in this world, I’m not married anymore as much as that breaks my heart to admit."

Kelsey said she isn't sure what she will do with her rings, but she hopes to pass them down to her daughter Aurelia when she's old enough.

She told her followers that she wants to do something special with them.

"I’m not ready to totally let go of them. I’ve thought about wearing them around my neck or framing them and putting them in the space I create with Tom’s music stuff."

The mum admitted she was torn about what to do with her rings because she wants to honour her marriage to Tom.

However, she also doesn't want to live "in the past".

Her followers praised her for being so incredibly honest about what must have been a truly heartbreaking move for her.
