More like zig-a-zig-OUCH.
Emma Stone broke her shoulder during the Spice Girls reunion concert at Wembley earlier this month.
The Birdman star was watching the gig in the London stadium from atop a friend’s shoulders when she accidentally stumbled and fell to the ground.
Initially, Stone thought she had just bruised her shoulder but it soon because clear that it was broken.
It is thought that the actor has now had to delay filming for the live action Cruella De Vil film under doctor’s orders.
“She’s a massive Spice Girls fan and got carried away at their concert and fell off a pal’s shoulders while she was partying,” a source told the Sun.
“She thought it was just bruised initially, but has now discovered it’s actually broken.
“She’s gutted about such a serious injury. She needs to be in top physical condition for the role, which is active and involves running around after dogs.”
Stone was due to begin filming the 101 Dalmatians prequel this summer. It is believe that she moved to London for a few months to facilitate her schedule.
A life-long Spice Girls fan, Stone finally met the band ahead of their Wembley show.
She and Emma Bunton shared a couple of photos together before the show to document their iconic Emma meeting.
Earlier that day, Baby Spice had slip that the Easy A actor was going to be attending the performance.
“Do you know who we’ve got coming?” she asked Heart Breakfast.
“Oh, I hope I’m allowed to say this but Emma Stone is coming tonight and I’ve never met her and we’re going to be meeting her so I’m really excited.”
Unfortunately for Stone, she was super excited too.
Slam your body down, the party’s all around may have taken on a more literal meaning.
