Gok Wan is currently touring around the UK for his show Naked and Baring All.
The fashion guru took to Instagram last night after a bunch of “lads” shouted homophobic slurs at him while he was walking through the airport.
In the post, he explains that he didn’t want to give them the time of day, because it simply isn’t worth it.
He said: “‘Lads’ at the airport. When I walk past you and you mutter ‘Queer faggot’ I can hear you.
“I don’t turn around and answer you because you are stupid. I don’t throw anything at you because I would be embarrassed.
“I don’t even look at you because you are not worth my face. Have a great time, wherever you are going to.
“I sincerely hope you don’t get any abuse while you are away. Maybe for looking a little different, maybe for not being a local… maybe for just being you.”
He finished the post by saying: “Bon voyage d*ickheads!”
Gok’s Naked and Baring All is a one man show which centres around his life, going from his childhood in a council estate to presenting the popular TV show How To Look Good Naked.”
Later that day, the style maven tweeted that his bags didn’t arrive in the airport when he did, so all in all, it just wasn’t his day.
However, his post has gained more than 25,000 likes, so hopefully his message will be heard loud and clear.
