It looks like it’s only going to get worse.
Met Éireann has issued a statement saying string thunder is heading our way.
Last night, the weather forecaster released an orange weather warning for the entire nation, and this morning, it looks like it’s about to get worse.
Frequent blustery showers, today, some of them heavy and prolonged, with a risk of hail and thunder. Showers of sleet and snow also, especially later this afternoon. Afternoon highs of 3 to 7 degrees Celsius. Strong and gusty westerly winds, gale along west and southwest coasts.

Lovely. Windy and blustery.
As always, stay safe and remember to wrap up!
