We’re on Day Five of the ‘Seven Simple Days of Calm,’ and we’re already feeling calmer. And that has got to be a good thing.

1. Be grateful

5. Surround yourself with positive people
Let’s face it, some people are parasites who will suck out your happiness and energy no matter what. Reflect on the people in your life, and ditch the naysayers.
