So apparently there’s a reason you shouldn’t book a holiday after September 22nd…
An enormous asteroid is said to be making its way towards earth, and it will reportedly be big enough to wipe out everything in its path.
That’s according to one online community who have stated that the world will end somewhere between September 22nd and 28th.
The belief has spread so far, Nasa has actually addressed the rumours and, in a statement on Yahoo News, dismissed the probability of a collision between an asteroid and Earth in the coming months.
“Nasa knows of no asteroid or comet currently on a collision course with Earth, so the probability of a major collision is quite small,” a spokesperson said.
“In fact, as best as we can tell, no large object is likely to strike the Earth any time in the next several hundred years.”
