Talk about being the ultimate boy scout. Spanish police have arrested a man for allegedly attempting to conceal more than 100g of cocaine – in his ham and cheese toastie.
The man was travelling to Benidorm when Spanish police stopped him.
Posting a picture of the sandwich to their official Twitter page, Spanish police reveal where nine small pouches of cocaine were sitting on top of the the melted cheese:

The text translates to:
“Two cocaine traffickers arrested in Benidorm bus station. They had 100 gr. d drug hidden in sandwiches”
The 29-year-old Colombian man was reportedly arrested at a bus stop suspected of drugs smuggling. After searching the man’s home, a further of kilo of the drug was found, as well as marijuana.
A second 20-year-old man, who is understood to have been a room-mate, was also arrested in connection with the incident.
The arrests come following the discovery of 2,500 kilos of cocaine stuffed in pineapples that had travelled from Costa Rica to the Algeciras port last week.
