Ingredients
One yellow pepper
One red pepper
Two avocados
Two skinless chicken breasts
One red onion
Handful of cashew nuts
One tomato
Mayonnaise

Method
1. Peel and dice both the avocados and chicken breasts.
2. Mash the avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and honey together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Once the dressing is made, add the chicken, onion, peppers, tomato.
5. Once these are mixed in, add the handful of cashew nuts.
