Dublin Restaurant Calls Angry Customer “An Arsehole” on Twitter After Complaint

We have to hand it to Cinnamon Restaurant in Ranelagh – they definitely have a, eh, way when it comes to customer service.

The bustling restaurant was called out on Twitter last night by an angry customer who was fed up of waiting for his order to come out. The customer was left sitting for 40 minutes and turned to the social networking website to voice his frustrations.

The customer tagged the restaurant in his tweet and then the following conversation took place:

Okay granted, there seemed to be some level of frustration on both sides of the conversation but what do you think ladies? Was the restaurant right to label the customer “an arsehole” or should they have been a little more taciturn about the entire thing?
