From your pet’s habits to an explanation of those pesky water charges, there’s plenty to choose from on TV tonight.

Water: Why Pay For It? – TV3 (9pm)

There is a lot of confusion surrounding the imminent water charges and this documentary attempts to explains why the fees are needed. If you’re interested in the subject, this is a must-see.


Drunk – RTÉ Two (9:30 pm)

The first episode of this documentary focuses on beer goggles and invites viewers to consume alcohol on camera. The science based programme focuses on what happens to people when they drink.

Dogs & Their Secret Lives – CH4 (8pm)

Mark Evans explains what dogs get up to when we’re not at home and gives advice on how to keep our furry friends happy.


The Driver – BBC1 (9pm)

Our very own Colm Meaney features in this series, playing a gang leader named The Horse. We’re not too sure what to make of the name but we’re willing to predict it makes for a good watch.



Domestic Divas – RTÉ One (9:30pm)

Aisli Madden and Cat Lawlor give tips and advice on cooking and cleaning. In this episode, the duo meet Liz who wants to throw a birthday party for her son Luke but has no idea where to start
