There is a lot of confusion surrounding the imminent water charges and this documentary attempts to explains why the fees are needed. If you’re interested in the subject, this is a must-see.

The first episode of this documentary focuses on beer goggles and invites viewers to consume alcohol on camera. The science based programme focuses on what happens to people when they drink.
