Go on, girl.
Upskirting is the process of purposefully taking a photograph up a woman’s skirt or dress.
It is disgusting, invasive, and when done by paparazzi, usually with the intent to shame or cause embarrassment.
This week, actress Natalie Morales was upskirted.
She had been attending the premiere of her new movie, Battle of the Sexes – a film about gender inequality, male entitlement, and tennis – when paparazzi snapped the photos.
She then had the pictures sent to her where they were described as a “wardrobe malfunction.”
Natalie, like most women, understandably doesn’t appreciate having a camera shoved between her legs while she tries to go about her business.
The actress took to Twitter to express this fact… and she did not hold back.
“These are pictures they PURPOSELY took up my skirt TO GET A SHOT of my vag,” she wrote.
“These are photogs who go to red carpets to take photos of women… to what, embarrass them? Because they have bodies under clothes?”
So you’re gonna come to an event that I’ve waited my whole life for, that I’m super proud of, to try and exploit my body? For your gain? 4/

“And yeah, ” she continued.
“It’s a high-ass slit because I like the way my leg looked & I wanted to get me some of that Angie look, but I wasn’t showing you my bits.
Also, JOKES ON YOU, I was wearing skin colored underwear so you can’t actually see my bits. But if you could? I wouldn’t be embarrassed But YOU should be. What a disgusting, horrifying job you have.”
Users, of course, were in agreeance with Natalie’s tweets.
“You were WONDERFUL in the movie. Do not let these creeps take anything away from your moment!!” said one person.
“I’m glad you spoke out about this ridiculous trend,” said another.
So are we, to be honest.
