Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter is Maximum Media, Distillery Building, Fumbally Court, Fumbally Square, Dublin 8, Co. Dublin.

2. The Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over. Employees or agents of the Promoter and their families or any other persons connected with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. The Promotion begins on the 28 July 2014 and ends on the 24th August 2014 (“The Promotion Period”). All entries after this date will be deemed invalid. There will be one prize draw each week as follows:

a. Week 1: 28th July at 10:00am to August 3rd at 23:59;

b. Week 2: August 4th at 10:00am to August 10th at 23:59;

c. Week 3: August 11th at 10:00am to August 17th at 23:59;

d. Week 4: August 18th at 10:00am to August 24th at 23:59;

4. The Prize: Each winner will receive a €100 Brown Thomas shopping voucher. There are 4 winners in total, one winner each week during the Promotional Period.

5. No purchase necessary. To enter for the chance to win one of four €100 Brown Thomas shopping vouchers, simply submit a photo of your favourite wardrobe item to [email protected] with the subject line “Colgate Shoes” along with your full name, postal address and telephone number. Each week there will be a theme for submissions, as follows:

a. Week One: Your Favourite Shoes

b. Week Two: Your Favourite Dress

c. Week Three: Your Favourite Piece of Jewellery

d. Week Four: Your Favourite Summer Essentials

6. Only one entry per household per week throughout the Promotion Period will be accepted as a valid entry into this Promotion.

7. The photograph sent in by each entrant must be their own. It must not be a copyright protected image taken from the internet. Photographs submitted will be used for the Promotion and may feature in the Promoter’s weekly collage on the Promoter’s instagram page @herdotie.

8. The Promoter will own the full copyright of the images submitted and will use the images as they see fit.

9. The Promoter will chose the winners by way of random draw from all valid entries received each week during the Promotion Period. The draw will be supervised by an independent person. The winners will be notified by telephone within 3 days after the draw on the telephone number provided with their entry. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining entries via the same method.

10. The winners may be required to participate in relevant publicity concerning this Promotion.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which, due to a technical error or any other reason are not received or are delayed.

13. The Promoter does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Any data collected will be used solely for the purpose of the Promotion, unless further consent has been obtained at the point of entry for the Promoter to contact entrants with news and information relating to its products and services.

14. The Promoter will not use the entrants’ data for future campaigns, nor will they share the entrants’ data with any third parties.

15. The winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Maximum Media, Distillery Building, Fumbally Court, Fumbally Square, Dublin 8, Co. Dublin.

16. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to change any aspect of the Promotion.

19. The Prize will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of the suppliers of the Prize.

20. Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
