Michelle Obama is on her holliers in Italy and she looks like a rockstar

Look, if we'd spent eight years in the spotlight living in the White House - we'd be booking ALL the holidays too.

And certainly, Michelle Obama looked incredibly chilled while wandering around in the sunshine in the Tuscan town of Montalcino earlier today. The former First Lady's husband, Barack, was off playing golf at the Castiglion Del Bosco Resort- leaving Ms Obama to instead enjoy an authentic gelato al cioccolato while taking in the sights and sounds of the area.

As an added bonus, the 53-year-old looked like a total rockstar in a one-shoulder bright pink shirt and white cropped trousers - perfect for the 25C heat. A video posted by TMZ shows Michelle attracting a serious amount of attention while out and about: a load of interested folk whipped out their phones for selfies, photos, and videos.

The Chicago-native was pretty accommodating - smiling and waving to her fans. Mr and Mrs Obama have jetted off to the likes of the Caribbean and the South Pacific in recent weeks - and we suspect it'll also be a pretty busy summer of travelling for the pair of them.
