Amir Khan and Faryal Makhdoom have welcomed their second daughter.

The boxer announced the news on Instagram today saying "welcome to the world." Baby Alayna Khan weighed 8lbs 3oz. She is the second daughter to the couple after three-year-old Lamaisah. Sometime after, the mum shared an image of herself, Amir, and Lamaisah with the caption 'Family.' Amir had also previously stated that he and Faryal was filing for divorce late last year. On Snapchat, he said:

"So me and Faryal are not together. I have filed for a divorce.

"I hear she has just announced she is pregnant. She didn't tell me. I had to read it on social media."

"Being a father is a fantastic feeling. I’m loving everything about it; it’s the start of a new journey for me.
