Zac Efron sparked major concern after a recent TV appearance
Actor, Zac Efron left fans concerned after he appeared on the Today Show in a pair of sunglasses.
Fans of the star were worried something was wrong, but he quickly shut down any worries.
The Iron Claw actor told the Today Show that he is currently suffering from an eye infection, which is why he had to wear sunglasses, despite being inside.
He explained: “I feel weird being in shades! I just have a bit of an eye infection.”
Efron said he didn’t want the infection to stop him from promoting his new movie.
He added: “But I really wanted to be here. It’s such a good movie, and I want to come see you guys and tell everyone about it.”

Speaking about his latest project, Efron said being part of The Iron Claw was an incredible experience.
He said his makeover for the film was quite jarring, but he embraced it.
“In the best way possible, I did not look anything like me. It was jarring at first, but we kind of put it together piece by piece,” he said.
The release of The Iron Claw comes after Efron was given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
He said it was a major career highlight for him.
Efron praised his fans for supporting him throughout his career, especially those who were around during the High School Musical days.
He also took the time to honour his late co-star Matthew Perry.
“Collaborating with him and [director Burr Steers] — it was so much fun and really did propel me and motivate me in so many ways. It really pushed me into the next chapter of my career, and for that, thank you so much, Matthew. Thinking about you a lot today.”
