Were you watching?
Last night, we saw the return of First Dates Ireland, now on its second season.
The dates were a very mixed bag of sweet and funny with almost all of the couples featured agreeing on a second date.

Everyone fell in love with one particular couple.
Paddy and Lauren were on their first ever dates and instantly had each other laughing. Lauren opened up to her date about having cystic fibrosis and the loss of her sister. The ups and downs of the date had viewers in love with the youngsters.

When the moment of truth came, about seeing each other again, they thankfully both said yes. However, Lauren ended up back in hospital after the show and we were informed that they were still planning a second date. Phew.
This update from RTÉ2 made a lot of people smile.
