Friends fans are absolutely freaking out over this fact, and yep, we feel SO OLD

No WAY?

Does anyone basically spend the majority of their free time watching re runs of Friends?

We salute you!

Anyway, die hard fans of Friends are losing it at the moment, having figured out a crazy fact.

A wiley Twitter user spotted it, and shared her wisdom with the world.

“Ok so I was watching Friends last night and Ross was filming a tape for Emma’s 18th birthday and Chandler says the line ‘Hi Emma.”

“It’s 2020. Have you woken up from your nap yet?’ And it’s just dawned on me that 2020 is NEXT YEAR. Emma would be 18 NEXT YEAR.”

So yeah, baby Emma Gellar will be turning 18 next year, and we’re officially ancient.

How mad is that?

Also something MAD we discovered recently was the amount of money the cast of Friends still make from the show.

Courtney Cox, David Schwimmer, Jennifer Anniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc all now make 2 per cent of the syndication revenue the show makes from re-runs.

Warner Bros apparently rakes in almost $1 billion in revenue every year thanks to Friends.

Reportedly, the 2 percent of revenue clause was added during intense contract negotiations while the show was still airing every week.

This means that the 6 cast members make around $20 million a year from re-runs, despite the fact that the show ended 15 years ago.

In fact, they all earn more now from the show than they did all those years ago.

MADNESS.
