Teen Mom Star Arrested For Alleged Assault Of Ex-Fiance’s Girlfriend

Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans has been arrested for allegedly assaulting ex-fiance Nathan Griffith’s new girlfriend yesterday afternoon. According to a statement released by Horry County Police Department in South Carolina, the 23-year old threw a drinking glass at Griffith’s new girlfriend after she accompanied him to Evans’ home to collect his things. Jenelle and Nathan ended their engagement for a second time recently, and it is believed Jenelle was furious when her ex-fiance arrived at her home in Myrtle Beach with his new girlfriend in tow. According to US Weekly, the 29-year old victim told police she was assaulted by her boyfriend's ex, who threw a drinking glass at her head causing injury. Police arrested the reality TV personality, charging Evans with third-degree assault. Evans was previously arrested in May and charged with domestic violence after she allegedly attacked Griffith at his house. She accused her ex of trying to run her over with his car. She has a previous criminal record for drug abuse, car theft and assault. The mum of two shares a son Kaiser, 13 months, with Griffiths. She is also mother to six-year old Jace from a previous relationship, who is currently in full-time custody of her mother Barbara.
