The Strictly scandal continues

The BBC is reportedly investigating another professional dancer amid the current Strictly scandal.

Professional dancers Graziano Di Prima and Giovanni Pernice have both reportedly been axed from the show following multiple complaints made against the dancers.

This week, reality star and former contestant Zara McDermott confirmed that Di Prima was abusive towards her during her time on the show.

The Italian dancer reportedly kicked and hit the Love Island star during their training sessions.

Pernice was let go from the show after allegations of misconduct were made by his former dance partner and actress Amanda Abbington.

Reports now claim that a third dancer is currently being investigated as the BBC tackles the biggest scandal the beloved series has ever seen.

According to The Sun, a third star’s name has come up but they are no longer part of the show.

An insider shared, “A professional’s name has come up, alongside Giovanni and Graziano.

“He is no longer part of the show but he has been named as a person of interest. Conversations are ongoing and there are more people who need to be spoken to.

They continued, “A dossier is being compiled which will be handed over to the BBC. What is becoming clear is that there appears to be a more widespread issue over the conduct of some of the professionals in training.”

The BBC plans on introducing chaperones to training sessions so the celebrity won’t be alone with their dancer partner.

Many fear the current scandal could be the beginning of the end for the dance show.
