Over the weekend, Kate Middleton made her second public appearance since being diagnosed with cancer. The mum-of-three bravely stepped out for the Wimbledon Men's Finals on Sunday, July 14th.
Kate received a standing ovation as she arrived at the tournament with her daughter, Princess Charlotte, and sister Pippa.
The mum looked gracious as ever as she greeted the crowd at Sunday's match.
Many praised Kate for making an appearance amid her cancer treatment but others made harsh remarks about how Kate looked.
Cancer treatment affects every individual in different ways, both mentally and physically. You never know what side effects you'll endure during cancer treatment until you're actually going through it.
People have been commenting on how Kate's hair looks the same and noting the weight she may have lost, but is that really any of our business?
She may be royal, and a major public figure, but she's also a cancer patient, a mum-of-three, and a wife.
God shes thin. Looks like she'll break. Been too thin for years. Used to have a slim, athletic figure. Under eating to get in a sample size 6. Said to be undergoing cancer treatment. Is she the only person going through chemo who has kept her hair? #Kate

She's someone going through an extremely harrowing illness, but with waves of public scrutiny following her as her treatment continues.
Why do members of the public feel the need to comment on how she looks when she's going through cancer treatment at such a young age? She may be of royal status but none of us have a right to make remarks about her appearance.
Dealing with a cancer diagnosis is hard enough without people passing comments on how you look.
She has said herself that she has good days and bad days, but we have only seen her when she's felt strong enough to be out in public. We don't see the trauma she's facing, the bad days after chemo at home, or the grueling hours spent in the hospital.
We're seeing the better days, the healthier days, and the days where she feels well. We don't know what her bad days have been like but there's no doubt they've been harrowing and overwhelming.
Her royal status doesn't protect her from the harrowing realities of cancer care and that's something the public needs to realise.
Those making harsh remarks and unfiltered comments about Kate would be quick enough to preach 'be kind' so why do they feel the need to scrutinise the Princess of Wales amid such a tough time?
Making such public appearances during cancer treatment is certainly something that isn't easy, but Kate did it with grace, proving she's stoic and strong.
If only the public and media could grant her respect during such a tumultuous time.
