Influencer Sinead O’Brien announces engagement to long-time partner

Limerick influencer, Sinead O'Brien, has shared the happy news that she and her long-time love, Simon Fitzgerald are engaged.

Taking to Instagram last night, the 'Vacious by Sinead' native announced to her 119,000 followers that she had said 'YESSS' after the Crecora man got down on one knee.

Prior to the engagement, the Patrickswell native shared that Simon had surprised her with tickets to see the Italian tenor, admitting that she had 'wanted to see him for years'.

She also told her followers that she had her hair done ahead of the proposal, completely unaware of what her partner had in store (if this isn't proof of how powerful a woman's intuition is, I don't know what is).

After the influencer shared the lovely news, friends and family flooded the comments section of the engagement post to share their well wishes and congratulations.

Fellow Limerick content creator, Louise Cooney, said: "Yeowwww the best news, so happy for ye!"
