Ryan Tubridy has been keeping a low profile since he left RTÉ
Ryan Tubridy is one of the possible new hosts of ‘Dancing On Ice’, according to the odds at BoyleSports.
The public has been trying to figure out who will replace both Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, with the former ‘Late Late Show‘ host allegedly being considered.
The former ‘Late Late Show’ frontman may be out at 66/1, but he has taken some speculative bets this week following Holly Willoughby’s announcement that she is leaving ‘This Morning’.
Earlier this month, Holly stepped down as host of ‘This Morning’ after 14 years.
Her exit comes just months after her co-host, Philip Schofield, departed under a cloud of scandal.
Holly’s future on ‘Dancing On Ice’ is believed to be up in the air too, raising the possibility that ITV bosses are on the hunt to fill two high-profile vacancies.
Tubridy isn’t the only Irish celebrity in the mix as Maura Higgins is rated a much more likely 20/1 shot to get the nod. The ‘Love Island’ legend already has experience on the ice having taken part in the 2020 series as a contestant and she has also made regular appearances as an agony aunt on ‘This Morning’.
Marvin and Rochelle Humes remain the public’s favourite with the couple as 1/2 favourites.
Lawrence Lyons, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “Ryan and Maura would sure be a surprise duo to front Dancing On Ice, but they are both up for grabs and Holly’s future appears to be on the thinnest of ice.”
