Rozanna Purcell has spoken out today after it was announced that advertisements that she featured in for Newbridge Silverware have been banned – after receiving just one complaint.
The Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland (ASAI) banned the ad, branding it as “exploitative of sexuality”.
The video shows the 24-year-old model in a revealing enough outfit with the Kildare jewellery draped all over her.
Bressie’s other half told the Herald: “I still think the jewellery is the main focus, even when I look back on the ad now.”
“I was surprised, as anyone who has seen it from my family loved it and they would always be very critical, especially if they found something too provocative. I still love the ad and shoot and I think the majority do too.
Meanwhile, the ASAI stated that they “considered that the poses taken by the model were overtly sexual in nature and were therefore provocative.”
