Jason Momoa is living life on the road

After his divorce from ex-wife Lisa Bonet, it seems the star has opted to switch things up with a new living arrangement.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Jason said: “I don’t even have a home right now. I live on the road.”

The actor explained that he’s been working on the docu-series ‘On the Roam,’ which follows his encounters with people from all walks of life as he travels across the US.

“I’m always in these weird places,” he said, adding that fans are starstruck when they see him popping up in their hometowns.

Explaining why he decided to undertake the new project, the actor said: “I love the idea of just being with everyday people and doing my craft, which is filming, and then showing them.

“And so, I think through doing that for so long, I got to be curious about it.”

Jason revealed his unique living situation after it was revealed that he and Lisa decided to officially end their relationship on paper.

According to the documents published by TMZ, she and the 44-year-old actor have been separated since October 2020, which was just two months after he made a show about restoring a 1965 Mustang as a gift to her.

Though they had been separated for a while, Lisa and Jason didn’t announce it to the public until January 2022.

Despite everything, the former couple appear to be on good terms as the day after filing the paperwork the two were awarded joint legal custody of their daughter Lola, 16, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 15.

Jason and Lisa will also share the living expenses of their kids. However, if one parent decides to travel with the kids, “that party shall be responsible for the children’s expenses for such trips.”

The former couple appeared together in ‘Road To Paloma’, a film Jason wrote, directed and produced.

Later in October 2017, Jason and Lisa tied the knot in Topanga, California with a low-key ceremony.
