Holly Willoughby returned to present this year’s Dancing on Ice

Presenter, Holly Willoughby has made her return to TV after stepping out of the spotlight last year.

The mum decided to step back from her presenting roles when a man plotted to kidnap her three months ago.

She believed it was in her family’s best interest to step out of the public eye at the time.

However, the presenter has since returned to work to host the new series of Dancing on Ice.

Holly will host the sixteenth season of the ice-skating show alongside Stephen Mulhern.

The presenter subtly addressed her return to TV by posting a backstage photo from the ITV studios.

She simply captioned the photo ‘Dancing on Ice series 16! … Let’s do this 1 sequin at a time’.

Holly’s supporters praised her for returning to work after what had been an incredibly tough year for the presenter.

One said, “You have been missed. You are loved.”

Another added, “She’s always been a better presenter away from Schofield.”

“It was great to see you again on TV you look fantastic.Smash it, girl,” another wrote.

Dancing On Ice is Holly’s main presenting gig after she stepped down from hosting This Morning last year.

The mum has been focusing on her family following the Schofield scandal, as well as the kidnapping plot.
