Even though Channel 5 told Angie Bowie about the death of David Bowie off camera, the broadcaster has been criticised for airing footage of her getting upset in the diary room. Channel 5 confirmed yesterday that they wouldn't be telling Angie on camera about the death of her ex husband, and although they kept their word, they still showed her reaction after hearing the news. She was seen on last night's show getting very upset in the diary room and being comforted by fellow housemates, David Gest and John Partridge. They were married for 10 years between 1970 and 1980 and have one son together, Duncan.
