Three people have died after a gunman opened fire at an elementary school in Northern California.
According to reports, the shooter is believed to be one of the fatalities and he was reportedly killed by “law enforcement bullets”.
It’s believed the shooting happened around 8 am local time in Rancho Tehama, an estimated 120 miles northwest of Sacramento.

A number of students have been airlifted from the area with two children wounded and others taken to a safe location nearby.
The area remains on lockdown.
