Anyone who has ever stepped foot in a gym will know about the treadmill fear of tripping up during your run and being flung onto the ground.
Well, this guy will make you feel a whole lot better about that fear because his treadmill fail is pretty epic (in a ‘that looks sore but it’s a bit funny’ kind of way).
To make matters worse, his fall was caught on camera as an interview was going on in the gym at the time. (We really hope he’s okay.)
