Nicole Scherzinger is reportedly engaged to her rugby star beau Thom Evans.
Thom reportedly proposed to the singer during a romantic trip to Mykonos in Greece earlier this month, the MailOnline has reported.
A friend of the couple told the publication: “They are getting married.”
Nicole and Thom met during the X Factor: Celebrity series back in 2019 when he entered the show as a contestant and she was on the judging panel.
Speaking about his relationship with the Pussycat Dolls singer, Thom told The Sun: “People always say, ‘When you know, you know’ and I can honestly say I’d never really had that moment.
“But within the first couple of days with Nicole it was just awesome and it has been awesome ever since.”
This isn’t the first sports star Nicole has dated, having previously been in a relationship with Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton for eight years.
MailOnline has also reported that the couple will be announcing their engagement soon.
When rumours of Nicole and Thom first dating emerged, The Sun on Sunday reported that the duo had “flirted and texted for weeks” before Thom asked Nicole on an actual date.
A source told the publication:”Thom is completely Nicole’s type. And for his part, Thom was smitten early on — he’s always said Nicole is one of the most beautiful women in the world.”
“He fancied her long before meeting her on the show. He was initially a bit nervous about starting something up, and ruining his chances on the series, but they had great chemistry from the off.”
And after weeks of texting, Thom finally plucked up the courage to ask her out, and took her for dinner.”
Interestingly, the news of these two dating came shortly after Thom admitted to having very little time for the ladies since the start of Celebrity X Factor.
