Thom reportedly proposed to the singer during a romantic trip to Mykonos in Greece earlier this month, the MailOnline has reported. A friend of the couple told the publication: “They are getting married.” Nicole and Thom met during the X Factor: Celebrity series back in 2019 when he entered the show as a contestant and she was on the judging panel. Speaking about his relationship with the Pussycat Dolls singer, Thom told The Sun: "People always say, ‘When you know, you know’ and I can honestly say I’d never really had that moment. “But within the first couple of days with Nicole it was just awesome and it has been awesome ever since.” This isn't the first sports star Nicole has dated, having previously been in a relationship with Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton for eight years. MailOnline has also reported that the couple will be announcing their engagement soon. When rumours of Nicole and Thom first dating emerged, The Sun on Sunday reported that the duo had "flirted and texted for weeks" before Thom asked Nicole on an actual date.
