Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order for her stalker

Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against a man who has allegedly been stalking her. TMZ reports that a five-year order of protection against a man who showed up at her home was granted in Los Angeles on Monday. The man has now been forbidden from contacting the businesswoman as well as coming within 100 yards of her. Under the order, the man is prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm and now must also surrender any that her already owns. Kim told the court that the man had shown up at her home three times in August alone and said that he claimed to be armed and insisted that he communicated with her "telepathically." While she was not present at the ruling, the reality star said she was worried that he would become physically violent. This is not the first time Kim has sought a restraining order as she was granted a temporary one against an alleged stalker in May of this year. TMZ also reported that this time it was an order of protection from a 32-year-old man, who was been described as “dangerous”. Kim was said to be terrified of the man as he claimed to be "in love with her." The publication noted that this person had "filmed videos outside the edge of her property" and became "increasingly frustrated about not getting inside”. Court documents showed that Kim was "scared" of how he was able to find her home as she has "never shared her address”. The judge then ordered the man to stay 100 yards away from Kim at all times.
