If you don’t think of a red latex suit when Britney Spears comes up in conversations, you likely aren’t a millennial.
However, it’s not exactly attire that is usually so easy to get your hands on – until now, that is.

I do believe that this fashion trend is still considered cool today purely because of the Baby One More Time singer’s look at the American Music Awards when she and her former flame Justin Timberlake stepped out in matching double denim looks.
It has inspired Halloween costumes for nearly 20 years, and she even mentions how much she loves seeing fans replicate the look in her new book!
“I get that it was tacky, but it was also pretty great in its way, and I am always happy to see it parodied as a Halloween costume,” she wrote.
