Michelle Keegan Reveals The Beauty Secrets Behind Her Wedding Day Look

Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan has revealed details of the beauty regime she followed ahead of her wedding day. Writing in Hello magazine, the actress admitted that she kept to her established beauty routine in the build-up to the big day. Michelle has a lot of tips and tricks for fans. “For pampering, I had a bit of an established beauty regime using a decent cleanser to remove my make-up (either Origins Mega Bright or Ginzing Cleanser) Midnight Face Skin Recovery Concentrate by Kiehls every night and their Rare Earth Cleansing Mask every few days,” she wrote. Michelle has some favourites in her routine. She went on to cite Dr Weil by Origins range and Darphin Hydraskin Rich Moisturiser as two regulars in her skincare routine. On to the big day itself, the new Mrs. Wright revealed that she had thought a lot about her make-up for the wedding. “I have been thinking about wedding make-up for ages and a few of the bridesmaids were asking about how you get it to stay on all day."

She revealed that she asked make-up artist Collette Casey for some tips for her wedding day. “’There are some fantastic tinted moisturisers and foundations on the market,” Collette advised. “I like the Laura Mercier tint as it gives a bit more coverage… but still looks natural and glowing." Michelle pictured in London recently. “Layering your products also helps it last all day,” she continued. “Try using a cream blusher underneath your powder blush or a cream eyeshadow before your powder eyeshadow. “There are some products that set your make-up and keep it in place all day. Have a try at Urban Decay setting spray. Apply a light mist onto the face then allow to dry.” Michelle has given fans some skincare tips.  All the tips can be read in Michelle's beauty blog for Hello.
